Workshops and talking circles
L’objectif des ateliers et des cercles de parole est de cocréer des espaces où toutes les personnes se sentent libres et en sécurité, afin qu’elles puissent être vulnérables ensemble et partager leurs expériences liées à la santé mentale.
Dans les ateliers et les cercles de parole nous partageons nos parcours individuels et collectifs autour d’un sujet spécifique et en lien avec la santé mentale. Les ateliers donnent place à la rage et au désespoir qui sont inévitables dans la reconnaissance de la souffrance et de la violence individuelle et systémique, mais nous honorons la joie, la créativité, l’espoir et la résilience qui ressortent à chaque fois que nous nous retrouvons en connexion avec nous-mêmes et en communauté.

Individual therapy
Individual therapy helps us to know ourselves, to understand ourselves and to express ourselves in a more assertive way, so that we can transform our relationships into more authentic and satisfying connections. It aims to release our own blocks, identify our limiting beliefs and help us develop relational skills to cope with life’s challenges. In individual therapy we develop a clearer sense of ourselves; it helps us to identify our resources and our potential, in order to achieve our goals and live much more in harmony with ourselves and with others.

Conferences
I give lectures to honor my personal history and those of people who could identify with me. My lectures offer practical lessons and allow for an honest and responsible conversation about the importance of focusing mental health in our most important conversations. In addition, I speak to addressing the challenges faced by historically disadvantaged communities in relation to mental health issues.
