The aim of workshops or word circles is to co-create wellness spaces where all people feel free and secure to participate and share their experiences and points of view.

The workshops are based on the reality of the participants, and depending on the subject, we share experiences and views that are not always pleasant and can be painful. That is why workshops and word circles must be facilitated by a person with experience in creating spaces that are as safe, confidential, and inclusive as possible.

It takes vulnerability and honesty to share difficult experiences, and to allow oneself to explore feelings like anger, anger and despair that are inevitable passages in the recognition of the suffering of individual and systemic violence, but we do not forget to honor the joy, hope and resilience that arise every time we connect with ourselves and in relation to the community.

Participatory workshops are a widely used collaborative tool to promote collective and individual learning. It also requires creative openness and critical vision that contributes to the analysis of reality, the construction of knowledge and decision-making from different points of view, incorporating and mixing previous experiences, new ideas and alternative possibilities.
